hello good morning/afternoon/night moderators I would like to report an error what happens is that I finished the word quest on Sunday May 7, after finishing the word quest I went to claim my ticket with the cultist npc and he did not give me any ticket Clearly, I made sure to hit the percentage needed to get the ticket to 0.5. That is the problem I have at the moment, so my question is the following.

 

can you solve this problem for me?

Or if it's not possible, could you explain why I couldn't claim that ticket?

are you refering on larvesta wq on may 8th? if yes, what server are you play? if gold, the wq failed ( gold community didnt reach the total iv needed) so noone get ticket, even player that donate 0.5% ivs. idk silver complete it or not
