So Ive recently started playing again. I played from 2016-2019 and then stopped until now. I vaguely remember being able to make extra characters on an account. As I want to start fresh again and both my Gold/Silver Server have mostly all the story complete, how would I do so? I dont want to delete my 2 accounts. Is there a way to make more characters on the same account or would I have to make an entirely separate one?

 

If I were to have to make a separate account, which I would be fine with, would there be any way I could transfer some Medallions/mounts safely?

Hello @Trxnks. My apologies for the late response.

 

To begin with, every player is allowed up to four(4) accounts. Each account has two characters, one in Silver and one in Gold.

Currently, we do not delete accounts since we have no comfortable way of doing so.

 

If you want a fresh playthrough, you’ll have to create a new account, as long as it doesn’t surpass the 4 account limit.

Yes that's completely fine. My only other question is, would I be able to give a mod some MS medallions and mounts/tools so I can transfer them over to my fresh account? I just dont trust randoms holding my stuff sadly. 

Mod as in Moderator or Helper of some sorts

If you’re in desktop, you can open two clients and trade between your two accounts. Otherwise, you can use an intermediary third party to trade to your second account. Just make sure it’s someone you trust and always take screenshots to be absolutely safe.
