Typically if your bidding from an alt account we request you to put the account your bidding from. However, the answer is yes you can use an Alt account to complete this trade. Message this player to try and set up a time to conduct this trade. If you guys still need help please let me know.

@Bijoumode You have been punished for failing to transfer servers and conduct this trade. You have been punished accordingly for these actions. I have forced the transfer and removed 400k (Equivalent of a CC) from your account to cover the transfer. Then you will find 500k removed from your account to pay for the Dratini you won which is in the last spot of your PC. @Profsmoove I apologize for the long delay. You can find 500k added to your account with the Dratini removed from your PC.
