I had around 40 rare candies in my bag and now they are gone. I am sure I didn't use them. I was going to do the heatran quest and when I checked my bag because I wanted to level up my Pokemon apart from the quest I couldn't find them. Anyway let me know your thoughts of what might have happened. Maybe it's some kind of a bug.

Hello @Raikoben100. My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

When starting the Heatran quest, the Buck NPC will take away all your Rare Candy and Masterballs until you complete the quest.
