Epithet Posted June 19, 2023 Share Posted June 19, 2023 Hello @Gnit. My apologies for the late response. Double Reroll Service, as the name suggests, offers two rolls for every 1 reroll you use. So if you have 10 rerolls, you effectively are able to use 20 rerolls. There is a fee however, and it can be paid in three different forms. 1,200,000 Pokedollars 1 Mysterious Ticket 2 Reroll Tickets To me, it seems you used the payment option of 2 Reroll Tickets and only had 2 tickets, so you then had no tickets to reroll with. If that is the case, then, unfortunately, we cannot do anything. The NPC is quite clear in how the mechanic works. In the future, please be more careful, so you can avoid these types of situations.
