I lost 4 Master Balls and 30 rare candies. I think it is after i exited the Heatran quest yesterday. Can I get them back?

Finish the quest and talk to buck, they will hive ur items back

When entering Stark Mountain for the Heatran quest, all of your Rare Candies and Master Balls will be taken away from you. Since the Pokemon you chose for the quest must be lvl 60 max when entering the cave, taking away your Rare candies means you cannot overpower your Pokemon to steamroll on the quest.

As for the Masterball, there is also a reason why they're taken away from you. After defeating the last of trainers, being Commander Mars from team Plasma, you have the opportunity to try and catch Heatran at lvl 99. Having a Masterball would trivialise that encounter. Alternatively, you can defeat it, get out of the cave, recover all of your Rare candies and Master balls, go grab your Sync and False swiper and come back, to encounter and have the chance to catch Heatran, but lvl 30 this time.

 

To recover your items, you must complete the quest, by defeating Commander Mars then defeating or catching Heatran. After doing so, Buck, the NPC that took them away, will give them back to you.
