Its a bug that shouldnt happen in the first place it happens if your pokemon receives a wrong ID. Could even be possible that you can get banned if you trade glitched pokemon, so that person should rather report it.

Sesshomaru's post right. it's glitched pokemon and isnt meant to trade.

Indeed, this is a bug that rarely occurs upon a crash after picking your starter. In those cases, you should report to staff immediately. Locked.
