Just wanted to ask something.

There is a path to the right of Viridian City Gym but there is a ledge blocking it.

How to get there?

Similarly there is a path to the north of Vermilion City Library.....

Both of these paths are no longer accessible because the areas they lead to are old event areas that we no longer use/were remade and moved elsewhere.

There's no quest or requirement that unlocks these areas. Simply not accessibly by anyone.
