In shortness, I just beat Misty in Cerulean City. I need to use cut to advance further in the game but I cannot find the HM anywhere to teach a Pokemon the move cut. I may just be dumb at the current moment but ya. Any help?

You don't need cut to go over Cerulean City. Just go to Bill, take the SS anne ticket, and then leave the city from north east and go south. There is an underpass you must take in route 5.

1. To go on in this game you need to look around for a while... Btw Bill is in the first house in route 25.

2) Well the HMs just aren't showing up in the TM/HM section of the backpack. The TMs are however the HMs aren't. Would like to know if it's just a bug or if there's another place to go.

If you are in Cerulean you haven't got any HM yet, because the first one, Cut, is in the SS anne.

Sorry just been way too long since I've played Pokemon. Thanks for the help!

I think he asks where the hm is. TheUncommonOne, to progress the story you dont need the hm cut. Just walk south of cerulean and go into the small house at the bottom (not the stop house or daycare), Walk through the tunnel and you'll find yourself at vermillion. Go into SS Anne, do the quests inside (If you need help with that, check the game guide) and then finish the ord gym. Then you need cut to progress the story by going up to cerulean again and use cut on the tree that you couldnt get past before.
