I got registeel and a regi ice from the WQ but now doing jirachi quest just noticed i dont have the caught data of the regi rock and its not in the cave anymore.. 

Hello @Kin3. My apologies for the late response.

 

During the Jirachi quest, you only need the seen data of Regirock, Registeel, and Regice, not the caught data. You already have the seen data of Regirock so you should be able to proceed with the quest. Regirock not being in its cave is a sign that you may have already battled it to obtain its seen data.
