receiving shell bell

In order to get the shell bell, I need 4 shoal salts and 4 shoal shells. I already have the 4 salts. But I can't find the shoal shells. I know that you can only find them during high tide in the "tides-cave", but the spots where they should be are empty. Where can I find these shoal shells now?

It is possible that you had previously obtained these items and then sold them to the Item Maniac. Though we can't be sure, it is a strong possibility.

Unfortunately, there is no other way of obtaining Shoal Shells. Meaning, you cannot get a Shell Bell this way.

 

The Content Scripter team is aware of this, but as it stands, it has a low priority. Though this may not be the answer you were hoping for, please try to understand.
