Hello, i tried to change my username about 3 days ago. 

Just a quick question, how long this process will take because it is still pending?

Due to the heavy workload of the team responsible for handling name change requests, it can take more than the mentioned 48h. The request hasn't been ignored or overlooked, you will just need to be patient and it will be processed.
