you can catch the current victini and zekrom. you need to wait until christmas event if you want to catch reshiram

but how to catch them? everegreen not available

Victini, Zekrom, and Reshiram can be caught anytime all year.
But for Reshiram, you need item 'Light stone' which can be obtained by chance from Xmas dungeon.

So if you do not have 'Light stone', you have to wait for Xmas.

 

For Victini, the quest starts at Eindoak town.

For Reshiram and Zekrom quest, quest are moved from Evergreen Island Village (Xmas event map) to Eindoak town.

To access Eindoak town, take the ship from Lilycove (Hoenn) to Eumi theme park, then take the ship there to Eindoak town.

For catching Vicitni, you need to complete the dungeon in Crater Town.

For Summer-form Vicitini, you need to do mini-games on Vulcan Fair.
