Im having a problem with the quest mega stone garchomp.. as u can see at 4.00-5.00 am .. but the fight is not trigger.. my chomp adamant atk25+  max happiness

I alr fight multiple time at wild using soothe bell.. and checked multiple time.. but the happiness not going up anymore..
