Description and Message

When I try to log in on to either server the game freezes and then says could not connect to server. Using a Mac Air, new user.

Sometimes the server is unavailable. If the server is offline the game will freeze when trying to connect. You can check here https://pokemonrevolution.net/ to see the server(s) status. (It sometimes takes a while to update)

 

If you really want to re-install the game you should completely delete all the files from the download folder and run CCleaner to delete anything hidden. However I am fairly sure when you tried to log in the server was down.
