Is it normal that i cant use Glaceon instead of a bike?

Because the NPC always says that i need a bike to get through.

If yes can i somehow give it back and get another Mount that will work?

no. bike road only lets bikes through.

 

no pay to gain here :) (apart from MS stuff obviously)

No, it not work, mount work (by bug) before it long time ago. But was been fixed it. Mount will be not use as item for skip the process in game. Only thing alternatively method is selling membership for get money in game.
