Suggestion for an update on SpAtk and Speed:

Seafoam entrance from Fuschia - tonnes of Psyduck/Golduck/Zubat/Golbat. Downside is it might turn people off that they have to surf a small distance between the Pokemon Center and the farming spot. But I find it pretty quick to EV train there.

Can I still train the EVs of a Pokemon, when it reached Level 100 or do I have to finish the training until then?
