surfing deep in mt mortar, almost only goldeen / seakings, there is one other pokemon i havent encountered yet on the water but it seems rare i think, so its a pretty good atk spot

Fishing in cerulean gets a lot of krabbys, might be worth atk training

good guide but i traind sp atk at the dragon den

similar to the area quakkz mentioned, dark cave north while surfing seems to be 100% goldeen/seaking for attack
