Game crashed on hoenn npc interact

Relaunched the game and was loaded into hoenn into the back of the van without any chance to unequip items etc..

 

Is there anything that can be done? I'm still at the beginning of hoenn.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these cases. We cannot prove there was a server crash that prevented you from being able to unequip the items.

I'm sure this is disappointing, but please try to understand. Take care.
