Hi, I was in the middle of fighting Officer Shamac was setting up my baton pass when the Silver server about 5 minutes ago as many others in the community experienced at that time. Is it possible for my cooldown to be reset?

Hello @Garnet. My apologies for the late response.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot reset the cooldown when this happens. We cannot verify if the server crashed at the time you claim it did, so we can't prove it wasn't on your end.
