Hello, i am doing an auction rn, I was wondering if it was against the rules, to notify a previous bidder, if they have been outbid. Just to let them know, I don't see anything about it in the auction rules but I just wanted to be sure. 

 

I was also told about "over bumping", but at this point, all I do is post the screenshot with evidence of the outbid. Am i not supposed to do this every time?

Yes, you are supposed to do that and that is not considered bumping.
