I think it's not illegal, after all, that's how i started playing

There should be no problem if you just send the same PROClient.apk file that you download from our downloads page. Why don't you just redownload it from the official source though?
If it is due to not having internet in that phone, there's really no issue. You can download the official client and transfer it there indeed. I hope this resolved your issue!
