Buenas alguien sabe como activar la misión del barco negro en el puerto de Hoenn, porque al hablar con los tres npc que hay al lado del barco negro no ocurre nada.

That's a quest for unlocking Eumi Theme Park with the requirement of being Hoenn champion.

You can take a ship from Lilycove (Hoenn) to Eumi Theme Park . The quest will be started upon you try to enter the main area, but the reception won't let you enter until you fix the blackout.
