a day before i caught a joltic with 140iv but i lost the bcc and the judge that supposed  to trigger the quest didnt appear (sorry no pic of the joltic)

today i catch this yanma (picture is yanmega since i got frustrated for not seeing the quest trigger but i win the bcc with this baby here)

if the guide im looking is correct the only requirements are 500+ hrs and 140+ iv 

 

so im just wondering if im doing something wrong or there is an existing bug or issue in the genesect quest
