Hello @Rotershanks55. My apologies for the late response.

 

Spinda has been added to the Abandoned Pokémon page. However, we were not able to confirm the information on Jigglypuff. We will need to do more research before adding that bit.

the other abandoned pokemon was on the map Secret Nap Area I think it was a jigglypuff
