I'm doing the darkrai quests and on the right side of the allucard castle (Allucard Castle 2F), where I have to battle ghosts, they don't want to battle me, even though I have a pokemon with foresight move in my party. All other ghosts in previous rooms so far battled me with no issue.

Did you talk to the NPC at the stairs and did you battle every ghost before moving onto the right area?

 yes for both

Can you show a screenshot of your pokemon with the move Foresight?
