Is there any way to add region kalos as a personality region like orange islands ??

Well seeing Hoenn is in development and its not even finished, it still probably in the drawing board of it they wish or do not wish to add.

it has already been decided that kalos wont be added. whether this changes on the future, we don't know. but as of right now, we have no plans to include kalos.
