What have you done before the problem was there?

I've just installed pro android version on my phone and on the loading screen when it says hats login menu doesn't appears. Music is continues but after a few min game crashes and i can't see the main menu at all.

Make sure that your android device meets the minimum requirements posted in the linked guide. :)

I've followed the guide and from the app it says my device should run it perfectly. Im using samsung galaxy s4 and i was able to play when patch 91. Even if it doesn't crash i always stuck at the hats part

I have an S4 too. Since the Christmas update I was able to play, but then it started crashing at loading and it happens with most Samsung devices because of a conflict with touchwiz (Samsung homescreen managing app).

The only way you currently have to play is to flash cyanogenmod on your device: I did it and PRO works now and it is the only thing it worked for me.

I can't install flash mods to my android device because it's not rooted and i don't wanna root my phone for some kind of game bug :/ I searched operator settings for ART but i doesn't exist and my android version is latest (5.0.1 lollipop)

So if you don't wanna root it to flash cyanogenmod, sorry but as a Samsung S4 user, I can tell you there is nothing else to do.

My telephone is Note 3 and i have the same problem..

 

Unlock developer settings:

"Settings" > "About Phone" > Click 7 times on "Build Version" or "Build Number"

You have to do exactly as I said above: cyanogenmod, period.

So there is no way to play on s4 without rooting my phone ? :(
