@Johnarious If you have set an insta price of 1.5m, you have to let bidders know about it. An Insta price is set, as the maximum roof price in an auction, once someone gives that amount, the pokemon belongs to him. 

 

As such, if you have set a 1.5m bid, and someone bids 2m (since you never informed him that the insta is 1.5m) you shall receive 1.5M only.

 

According to the evidence posted, is the person that offered 1.5m (the insta price) first, and that person is @Bruce8244

Since Bruce bid is a false bid, he has been punished in accordance. Therefore, the winner of this auction is @Brainslugs999 but with a 1.5M bid.

 

Please always inform the bidders of the Insta Price, if there is one set!!
