it's been week since i started playing this game. i didn't know about EV, IV, Nature etc. and how important these things are... and raised poor stat. pokemon...moreover i wasted lots of good items. so is there any way that i can restart/fresh start this game in Blue server again? i am currently playing in the blue server.

No, your account will not be wiped for that reason. You can create a new account if you wish.

You can make two characters per email so you could just register another name and try again from scratch.

 

I don't know how far you've gotten into the game but planning your IV's, EV's, and Nature right from the get go isn't something most beginners do from what I've heard. They only start doing that when they've decided on their future end game team and begin hunting down specific pokemon in certain areas when they've got HM's like Cut, Flash, and Surf.

I've been playing just over a week and I was the same didn't know how important these things were so watching in the "ALL" chat I've learnt about IV's and about Nature and have just got the 3rd badge in Jhoto so my plan is to start looking but not hunting specific pokes and then start to train as I finish Jhoto ready to head into the next map when its released.
