I have all pokémon caught in kanto and johto,i have 704 hours of gameplay and i can't see Ho-Oh he have specific time or 750 hrs of gameplay ?

Did you complete the entire first part of the scientific quest? If so it may be a bug

I could get the data from ho-oh with -400 hours, therefore are not 750h

maybe try at sunset in the tower. i wouldnt know the exact answer though. there might be a tutorial of this quest on youtube or on the forums itself.

I actually looked yesterday, there is no tutorial on Ho-Oh himself, he is just metioned in part 2 Celebi quest tutorial towards the end. It just says go to the top of the bell tower and Ho-Oh will be there after the scientist gives you the legendary dog fossil.

i have found maybe not need to dog fossil now i'm sorry for post and my bad english ! :*
