i thought every player in the game have the same chances for catching poke with random attribution of IV ,but unfortunatly there are some people in the game who can apparently play with numbers and put what they want ,pffff this game is cheated

finally i will say that i am pretty sure that you could win in loto game in real life and still cant have this poke shiney with those IV

@Scrubdoodleits not hack sometimes pro officially do challenges or pvp when players won these type of challenges/tournaments they can obtain poke like these
