Nasty Plot is gen8 and we follow gen7 there.

Hey there, if you took the time to properly read someone else's comments, he's referring to the fact that Hydreigon can only learn Nasty Plot from Gen 8 onwards, he's not talking about Nasty Plot being a Gen 8+ move.
