I suggest you reading Trade Rules so you get familiarized with the terminology for auctions.

When stated to have Min Bid of 2M, means the minimal bid for the next offer is of 2M. Therefore the previous bid, from @epicdark is not valid. The currect best offer is from @Jigglypanda with a 2m offer.
