With that said the winner is @Huyofficiall with a 700k bid. 

 

I have made the following corrections:

@Huyofficiall the pokemon was added to his account and 700k removed /yes he is suspended, but his bid was prior to his punishment)

@Pandarkenciel 3cc were removed and 700k were added.

@Trecool The pokemon was removed and 3cc were added back.
