i've been having this problem since i played it on 2019 and now i forgot why i didnt' check why my charmeleon can't evolve to charizard. i've tried to solved it with relogging or restarting and even tried logging in other device and leveling t up but it's stil didn't work soo pls help me

I noticed you managed to evolve your Charmeleon into Charizard. So, I take it you won't need further assistance.
