can't evolve my eevee into espeon

I had two eevees, I trained them to get espeon and umbereon, I tried to evolve one of them at 19:04 poketime and it wanted to evolve into umbereon, tried to evolve the other at 4:34 poketime and I got umbereon, tried today again at 18:53 and it's still umbereon. why can't I get espeoon?

Day evolutions, such as Eevee->Espeon, occur between 8:00-18:00. Night evolutions are from 18:00-8:00.

 

I understand that this is confusing when you consider the morning/day/night cycle that PRO uses, but that's the reason why.
