there seems to be Pokémon namely _ buzuil, magicarp, psyduck, sealeo, spheal, "squirtle", tentacool that are completely uncatchble via a accesable surf area in mt. crumpit is this an error?

This map has water, its just well hidden.

Like Norex said there is indeed water on this map make sure you keep on searching. 🙂
