hello, a few days ago I took tokens to buy 2 mounts, I only received one but the tokens were taken. check in the logs my nickname is Sumimasene, I even took back tokens to buy another mount.

If it is a Sceptile Mount that you're missing, it should be held by your Clefairy that is level 15 and Hardy Nature. 

 

Will you please confirm if that is the mount you were missing and if you have found it? Hoping to hear from you soon.
