Hello, the Cobalion step of the quest bugged out. After completing the 3 quest steps and returning to Nikolai he tells you to return to the areas where you did the quests to catch the 3 Legendaries. I went and successfully caught Virizion with a team of a Natu (Form), Smeargle (form),  Chansey  (form), Wishiwashi (shiny), Bisharp (shiny) and Breloom normal. After entering with this team into the Cobalion area i had to redo the fight up where the last boss of that area was. That was a bug and when leaving the area my entire team was gone (the before mentioned team). I was left with the mons i had earlier when i was doing the first step. Please help i don't have a screenshot of the team but this is messed up!

+1 happened the same to me, I lost my Pokemons too. A Weavile, Jolly Natu Synchronize Xmas Form, Charizard Xmas Form jolly, Wobbuffet Bold and Breloom Jolly,

Oh yeah quick edit - After that happened the quest step of the previous mons got reset (unless you aren't able to catch multiple)

Another edit you just have to talk to Nikola again - probably not intendet but a short term fix to catch the other mon atleast
