@Dirtysloth You have edited your bid to a lower amount which is strictly prohibited (from 280k to 200k). As a result of your actions, the outcome has been altered. You will be punished accordingly.

Seller and other bidders had no way to tell about what happened, for them C.O. was 200k. Thus, @Rafi15's 205k bid is valid and will remain this auction's winner. 

@Hollysummer You will be punished for false bidding as you do not have the required funds on the account your bid has been made from, leading to your decision to withdraw your offer.
