[HELP] Merging account

Hi, I recently came back after a long time and the game required me to merge my account before login. I followed the steps but after clicked "Split" and wait for an hour but nothing happened. What should I do now?

I chose Red server as main account and split Red ac also. My Blue ac is banned so I cannot merge.

I've completed my merge, thankyou. By the way, I also lost my access to my email, is there anyway to speed up the email changing progress? I've been waiting for days but no respond on my post, I'm so exciting to came back after many years.

Really glad to hear it all worked out.

You have to wait for a reply in your thread in the 2FA-Email Recovery & Assistance(click to check). Staff members who handle such requests have a number of similar cases piled up at a time and it may take some time to get a reply, as we are volunteers to this job and have our own real life duties, studies, jobs, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.
