I followed the steps but after clicked "Split" and wait for an hour but nothing happened. What should I do now? I've been waiting for days but no respond on my post, I'm so exciting to came back after many years. You have to wait for a reply in your thread in the 2FA-Email Recovery & Assistance(click to check). Staff members who handle such requests have a number of similar cases piled up at a time and it may take some time to get a reply, as we are volunteers to this job and have our own real life duties, studies, jobs, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.
