@Azurei You have been punished for false bidding as you did not have enough goods to honor your offer. In the future, please always make sure that you have the required funds at the moment of making the bid and during the entire time of holding Best Offer. Do not take it as "if i win, i will get what i need left later". I kindly advise you to carefully read Auction Rules in order to ensure you won't repeat such mistakes which sometimes can cause a lot of damage to auctions.
