Nothing you or we can do about it. This is due to the server being at full capacity. You can view the online user count here : https://pokemonrevolution.net/

Our current server has a limited capacity to hold atleast 850 people, which you can already tell causes a huge lag. However, Shane has announced that that capacity will increase and an additional server will be added to balance the lag.
