What have you done before the problem was there?

Casually deleting trash pokemon that I've caught just for dex entry.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Nothing. It is out of my reach.

After drag n drop of pokemon that I wanted to delete, game deleted wrong pokemon. Although if I remember correctly it offered ot delete pokemon that i first dragged (random trash). Got pokemon ID with SS if needed.

Unsure if anything can be done, perhaps if you do indeed have the Pokemon's ID. You'll have to be more careful next time.

Well guild mate told me it isn't really safe to delete when server is under heavy influence of lag. However that information came after deletion :Grin: . I strongly believe with ID poke can be refunded based on back up files.

The real problem is that if a staff member did it for one person they would have to do it for everyone else who needs that service.

I understand your point of view but:

1) As I said game most likely caught wrong poke as it knows to happen.

2) Game is in beta and servers are unstable. Not really environment for strong one-sided policy on pokemon return upon deletion(either by accident or by game being troll).

4) Put yourself into shoes where you level poke to 100 and ev train it (we all know how painful this can be), and at one random moment that same pokemon is gone. I doubt you would take that light hearted and say "well staff won't return it".

3) I appreciate your input & all, but I'd rather have staff answer to my problems, as their answer is more helpful.

Hello BlueBike,

 

I'm sorry to tell you the bad news, but nothing can be done in this case. Whenever releasing Pokémon, make absolute sure that you're releasing the correct one.

 

If the server is lagging, and you aren't sure if it's the right Pokémon, then don't release it.

 

Personally, I reorganize my boxes before releasing Pokémon so that I don't make mistakes.
