I am sorry to hear about your situation here.

 

Fortunately I have been able to confirm that here we can restore your Sableye but only on one condition that, you would need to prepare and level up another one of your choice to submit for the part of the quest. 

Let me know if you're open to that and I will forward the request to the Developers.

I'll need you to confirm that you want to move forward with this and if you do, follow the steps below, please:

1. Release this or any other OT Sableye at level 100 that you may have and,
2. Post the screenshot of the system message when you release it and let me know.

After you have done that, I'll restore the Sableye that you wanted to be restored, to your PC and let you know.
