Ryldd Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Hi, i got a bug.. Yesterday i beated gary after the elite four and i talked to Pr. Oak but got a bug and i had to log out beacause can't move. And this morning after my connection was on front of gary and it was like i didn't beat him and my pokemon was low... Help pls Thanks Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. For example, when the server have lag issues, we always will not recommend people to go any boss or quest. If players still try to go when server unstable, they will have responsibility as their choice. And crash or server issue in beta is expected happen, and nothing refund for these case also. Lost all of my revives and hyper potions then can't beat him after. RIP. No money to win anymore. The game, and the staff don't owe the players a thing if crashes happen. It's part of the beta process. If this is unacceptable to you, then maybe you shouldn't play, because complaining helps nobody.
