I think you miss the intruction as Oak aid for flash need go through the diglet cave and in route 2, not on the right side from diglet cave. I think you miss the intruction as Oak aid for flash need go through the diglet cave and in route 2, not on the right side from diglet cave. This is where you need to go. The Oak Aide for Flash is located inside a house on Route 2.
