NPC has disappeard. I have 38 owned pokemons. He wast right side from digglet's cave. In building before sleeping snorlax (on 2nd floor)

I think you miss the intruction as Oak aid for flash need go through the diglet cave and in route 2, not on the right side from diglet cave.

This NPC gave you the TM for Rock Smash.

I think you miss the intruction as Oak aid for flash need go through the diglet cave and in route 2, not on the right side from diglet cave.

 

This is where you need to go. The Oak Aide for Flash is located inside a house on Route 2.
